Print an overview of symbols used in PVGIS

All symbols used in PVGIS should be renderable everywhere, in the CLI, in the browser, etc. The idea is to use all UTF-8 supported characters and ensure symbols work everywhere without causing errors. This issue is mainly, however, to document the addition of a symbols command in the CLI and eventually some endpoint in the Web API that will print an overview of all symbols used in PVGIS.
