Integrate MicroGridsPy Optimization logic for new off-grid PVGIS module

This issue tracks the integration of the MicroGridsPy optimization framework into the PVGIS prototype to support the development of a new off-grid system modeling module.

The objective is to enable PVGIS to efficiently optimize the sizing and dispatch of fully AC-coupled hybrid mini-grids, including renewable energy sources, battery storage, and backup generators.

Key tasks may include:

  • Defining a dedicated data model for mini-grid system design, following the PVGIS modular structure
  • Implementing new optimization logic within the core algorithm layer, leveraging MicroGridsPy’s methodology
  • Extending the internal API to support input preparation, result parsing, and integration logistics
  • Building and exposing a new Web API endpoint for user interaction, configuration, and results retrieval
