missing property "value" for class InstantSpec

The class rrmv:InstantSpec (https://semiceu.github.io/RRMV/releases/0.2.0/#InstantTemporalEntitySpecification) does not have a property to encode the actual value of the temporal instant.

Also the superclass rrmv:TemporalEntitySpec (https://semiceu.github.io/RRMV/releases/0.2.0/#TemporalEntitySpecification) does not contain such property.

As this is only required for the specific class rrmv:InstantSpec, the request is to add this property to that class.
