group README not explaining all group repos and scope of "open source"

Dears,

While I studied SIMPL, I noticed that in the README.md:

  • the link to SIMPL-LABS is broken
  • the repo sub groups PSO and EuroCloud are not explained

I understand that PSO is managed by different people who write spec tests for SIMPL-Open. Is the PSO still in the scope of the SIMPL open source project and if so, is the development also open?
