Deployment of Governance Authority

We're trying to deploy Governance Authority. We already deployed common component version 1.3.0. We do the deployment using the Manual deployment. We also tried using the ArgoCD deployment. Common components are working and running. We can connect to Vault and redpanda.

Problem Statement:
We found some incoherences in the deployment with the Trusted SSL certificate even though it is set to verify false it looks like it doesn't take it in consideration when overwriting them manually then it works. We also face issues with the init-authority-job. The init-authority-job is stuck because of user-roles. user-roles is stuck because Error creating bean with name 'clientRoleToRealmRoleServiceImpl'
