bitnami/external-dns image no longer available in Docker Hub

In the agent dependencies, it’s specified that:

bitnami/external-dns:0.16.1
Currently version docker.io/bitnami/external-dns:0.16.1-debian-12-r should be used as externaldns. Unfortunately, using a newer version caused DNS to work incorrectly.

However, this image is no longer available for free through Docker Hub — it has been migrated to the Bitnami Secure Images (commercial) program.
There is also no bitnamilegacy/external-dns image available that contains the older versions prior to this migration.

Has the project adopted the commercial Bitnami Secure Images plan for this dependency,
or is the intention now to deploy external-dns manually (for example, using the official upstream image registry.k8s.io/external-dns/external-dns) instead?
