Dependency on IONOS

In our test environment, the installation of the data provider fails because of the dependency on IONOS services.

Is it foreseen that upcoming releases will include (or provide pointers to solutions for) e.g. access to local storage, (S3) mocking tools, or other free solutions?

Have you suggestions on how to bypass the dependency on IONOS at present?
