VECTO Engine Output format
Summary
the current VECTO Engine evaluation tool creates an XML output in version 1.0 by default and only in case WHR or dual fuel is used, the output format is version 2.3.
This was implemented during a transition phase where components could already be certified according to the latest amendment but vehicles could still be used in version 1.0.
Now as vehicles in version 2.4 are mandatory one can remove the 'old' output format version and only create version 2.3 output.
