O3/O4 classifications

Hello,

when using the Vecto Trailer Tool for one-axle semi trailers it looks like there is a problem with O3/O4 classifications.

Axle mass is 10t, kingpin load is 15t, so total mass is 25t. Because the load on kingpin is by law not calculated for the total mass for classifications, it is O3. But with this input, the Vecto Tool insists on O4 because total mass would be >10t.

Relevant laws:

Regulation (EU) 2018/858, Article 4, 1c (iii): Category O3: trailers with a maximum mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes but not exceeding 10 tonnes

Regulation (EU) 2018/858, Annex I, 2.2.3. In the case of a semi-trailer, a centre-axle trailer and a rigid drawbar trailer, the maximum mass to be considered for classifying the vehicle shall correspond to the maximum mass transmitted to the ground by the wheels of an axle or group of axles when coupled to the towing vehicle.

Can you please check regulation and programmed plausibilities in Vecto Tool? Or do I have to send this topic somewhere else?
