Validation "TPMLM Axle Assembly must be ≥ 8000"

The tool includes a validation "TPMLM Axle Assembly must be ≥ 8000" Now, although this axle assembly mass is used to define (some) vehicle groups, the Scope of (EU)2022/1362 only exludes "vehicles with a technically permissible maximum mass lower than 8 000 kg" (not mentioning the axle assembly) Thus, trailers with a TPMLM > 8t but TPMLM Axle Assembly < 8t should be acceptable?
