Incomplete `help.html` included in Trailer package

The VECTO manual included in the Trailer package seems incomplete. The first topics seem to work, e.g. platform requirements, user interface, and calculation modes. However, topics below "Powertrain and Components Structure" simple do not display. Possibly, necessary files from the vecto/vecto repository are missing.

If this manual is to be included in the Trailer package, links between the two repos should be added.
