Axle configuration failure 04-DC Frigo

Summary

Configuration of 3-axled central axle frigo trailer shows a wrong failure message when using an axle lift on axle 2. This happens with and without steering axle on axle 3.

In this case we cannot do Vecto-Calculations, please fix the program.
