Bugfixes August

• IEPC completed bus simulation in case only one drag curve is provided
• ChargeSustaining hybrid strategy equivalence factor: limit to [0.1, 4] in 3rd run
• busaux input sanity checks: only throw exception in case there is an error in the input
• Completed bus: perform 3 simulation runs in charge sustaining mode
• error in check whether angledrive is allowed
• supercap: input unit in XML format is Ohm
• Torque converter drag data: extend drag to higher speed ratios, necessary for eco roll and APTReleaseLockupClutch (only quick-fix, added drag data needs to be discussed with OEMs)
• limit CS HEV equivalence factor in 2nd run, set CS HEV equivalence factor in 3rd run in case the deltaSoc in runs 1 and 2 are equal
• adding sanity checks for electric components (IEPC, EM): efficiency must not be greater than 1, drag torque has to be negative, do not allow duplicate entries
