Merge pull request #5 in VECTO/vecto-dev from ~EMQUARIMA/vecto-dev:feature/VECTO-974-implementing-engine-stop-start-at-vehicle-stop to develop

* commit 'edb29c7e':
  adding new versions of .vmod and .vsum files with new columns (ESS, FC-correction, ...)
  adding new required model data elements, adding new required entries in mod-data
  correcting error in testcase after refactoring
  set distance based result only if distance is valid
  linear regression: handle casees where only 1 entry or null is given, refacotr duplicate code
