Issue: VTP for buses is not currently supported by VECTO, so having a
VTP bus job in Generic Vehicles is pointless and causes test failures.

Solution: Replaced it with a VTP truck job from test files.

updated generic vehicle testfiles, to pass new checks (duplicate entries in powermaps, efficiency > 1)

formatting generic XML declaration jobs, correct em-powermap (values in XML are in Watts), correct model data to avoid warning about negative overload buffer

started implementation of supercap in data adapter
added supercap testcases
