Rename folders to be able to checkount under windows

Fix for issue under windows checkout:

error: invalid path 'Session 1: Data Access and Exploration/.gitkeep'
fatal: unable to checkout working tree
warning: Clone succeeded, but checkout failed.
You can inspect what was checked out with 'git status'
and retry with 'git restore --source=HEAD :/'
  • Caused by special character : which is not allowed in file and folder names under windows.
