Prepare to run manually, CI form.

Automated pipeline, has been modified to be able to run manually on a CI form.

So when you go to >> build >> pipelines >> run >> variables will appear for easy run.

It might be hard to test for reviewers, due to some rules on ".gitlab-ci.yml" that will not let it run if not on "main" branch.
