Convert job to CI component.

Convert CI-job to CI-component, documented, to be reusable on different projects.

CI-components could be on their own repo, or added to a repo. For this first try, added to backup-agent repo, but it could be easily exported to its own repo by coping the folder, as it is. Using same names, and same folder structure.
