💄 Rename plugin's menu in Netbox

Decision Record

The name of the menu in Netbox is currently "Mappings" and has a single item "Mappings", this is redundant. If we plan to add models other than Mapping, the name also become inaccurate.

Let's rename it "Reverse Proxy"
