⬆️ Changes for plugin compatibility check with netbox 3.7.0

ToDo: Check plugin compatibility with netbox version 3.7.0 and fix issues that surface

Changes:

• Review log level of django/netbox automatic tests to handle expected warnings
• Review Datetime usage to avoid "naive datetime while time zone support is active." warning
• Extra: Add tests that were not being executed due to missing init.py file
