馃悰 Fix extras_objectchange housekeeping for stale content types

ToDo:

  1. Fix the wrongly assigned rows in the changelog table caused by the removal of the acldeniedsource table using Django ORM

Changes due to external reasons:

  1. Lint in migrations
  2. Include image of smihty

How to reproduce the issue:

  1. Install the rps plugin with version(tag) 26.2
  2. Add a mapping
  3. Add a acl denied record to that mapping
  4. Update the rps plugin to version(tag) >=27.0
