🐛 use tag_rps_vms role in any combination of 1,2,3 or 4 RPS Vms

The tag_rps_vms role not working because it expects 4VMs, the Goal is to put RPS_VMs as a default variable so we can passe it in bubble's variable in the case where we have only one or 2 or 3 Vms.
