Add linter into main

Arno DONEUX requested to merge add_linter into main

This merge request has a couple of changes:

  1. The linter has been added so all playbooks go thought a check in the CI/CD so we can confirm if the code is correct. So all playbooks has "suffered" from changes but they all have been tested and they are all working as expected.
  2. New playbook for the LRO deactivation has been added
  3. 2 playbooks have been deleted due to no usage
