Merge in VECTO/vecto-dev from VECTO/mk_vecto-dev:develop to develop

  Added checks if some Required Fields are filled (Electric Motor File, EM ADC Loss Map). Otherwise application would crash.
  corrected Typo in error messages: Faled --> Failed
  Check if Vehicle File exists before trying to read it (was a problem when creating a new file)
  Batteryfile-Textbox will be filled after Dialog is closed.
  JobEditor: BusAux-Panel is disabled by default
  JobEditor: BusAuxiliaries-Fields will be enabled/disabled due to change of checkbox
