bugfix instantiating simulator factory: use explicit null values to avoid creating default null-writer and use xmlDeclarationReport instead

MSBuild Project-Files: Updated <DefineConstants> Tag and removed the TRACE constant for all projects.

Added Starter Applications and changed Deploy Target to create sub directories for each .NET Version

Added Factory Method to SimulatorFactory class (this way the testcases where simulator factory was created without Ninject don't break), made simulatorFactory abstract and derived SimulatorFactoryEngineering and SimulatorFactoryDeclaration.

Changed GetProgress return type to IDictionary, store a  concurrent dictionary in JobContainer to reduce object allocation
