renaming ETPT to VTP, refactoring: new cycle format, aux handling (speed dependent), correction of engine fan equation

* Updated CSV file format. Now only one header with units included.
* Changed input file comment symbol form "c" to "#".
* Replaced old Demo/Default Data with "Demo Vehicles"
* Updated User Manual

- Finished new visualizer

- "zero" stop-times are no longer allowing in distance-based cycles
- bugfix: Stand-still at cycle end (distance-based) was ignored
- bugfix: Crashes when distance correction at end of cycle
- added default cycles to repo (TODO: default input files)
- added Update Notes to repo

- Disabled Transient Correction (PHEM)
- FirstRun-Flag in Config file to check if first run with valid license (Quick Start Guide prompt)
- AT/TC still in development. Main input parameters in Gearbox file.
