bugfix for mod-data integrity: use correct 'previous input speed' in clutch in case the ICE was turned on in this simulation step

change shift polygon for MT tranmission in case of gbx speed limits: move upshift line 2rpm down as max engine speed will be max gbx speed - 1rpm

updating colums in vmod and vsum (expected files), adding dedicated colums for driver actions regarding pcc, fixing testcases
