Added method to determine if a job should be simulated

Added Factory Method to SimulatorFactory class (this way the testcases where simulator factory was created without Ninject don't break), made simulatorFactory abstract and derived SimulatorFactoryEngineering and SimulatorFactoryDeclaration.

refactor tempwriter in case of chained simulation runs to allow avoiding writing files
refactor datawriter to provide vif for next simulation run

bugfix: handling retarder type 'losses included in gearbox'; adding new retarder type 'axlegear input retarder'
