WIP Combined Alternators - Written Basic Class and Test For OneAlternator. Need now to amend the Calculate Method to be passed the relevent details in order to calculate 1,2,3 or four in one method rather than the four code clones which were in the spreadhseet itself.

- Renamed output "FC" to "FC-Map" for better clarification
- Same header for g/h and g/km output
- Reduced minimum turbine speed for 1C-to-2C AT up-shift condition from 900 to 700rpm.

- Cleaning speed profile for very small values. (Caused shifting back to first gear when decelerating.)
