eff-shift for BEV works for simple cycle and 2-speed gearbox

adapting REESS model: use max current map for batteries (depending on SoC), use max current for supercap

working on more stable hybrid strategy operating point: select on first non-dry-run request and only re-calcuclate if driving action chages. introduce new response that hybrid strategy operating point dos not match current request (ICE, and EM), add interface method to reset strategy operating point (e.g. from driver if the same action is repeated due to e.g. gearshift)
enable moe testcases of hybrids
adapt model data:

changing thermal de-rating model of electric motor. adapting GUI, adpatin json file formats, adapting testcases

implementing electric machine de-rating: adding testcase, new model parameters (gui, writer, inputdata), adapt existing motor files,

bugfixes in gui: vbatr and vbatv exensions mixed up, loading hybrid strategy params, updating job when battery or em files are changed, update picture in battery dialog when input is changed,
