surround opening files with try/catch; separate writing files to dedicated writer class, access values via inputdata interfaces

removed 'skip gears' and 'early upshift' from input data and component data. only depends on shift stragety.

re-adding missing button to choose file for look-ahead coasting, re-adding min. speed for look-ahead coasting, adding look-ahead enable & min speed in strategy

adding source property to input data (json files), extending auxiliary helper to provide key and name (used in GUI) to have only one sorce for auxiliaries, adding validation to job (not working atm)

introduce new class TableData (extends DataTable and adds source information), use TableData in interfaces instead of DataTable (fully compatible)

extend sirange class to allow different ranges depending on the execution mode; change valid range for gross vehicle weight depending on declaration or engineering mode

adding column tc_active to driving cycle (measured speed), extending cycle gearbox by torque converter, adding testdata for measured speed test AT gearbox

adapting gearbox file: maxTorque, shift polygon for torque converter
