- Updated gear shift model

* Updated cDeclaration and Segment Table to deal with multiple VCDV files for each class (depending on Long Haul with or w/o Trailer)
* Expanded transmission loss maps of generic vehicles to prevent extrapolation errors

* Updated CSV file format. Now only one header with units included.
* Changed input file comment symbol form "c" to "#".
* Replaced old Demo/Default Data with "Demo Vehicles"
