refactoring matching of driving cycle when registering component in modal data, adding missing fields in testcases

fix testcases: transmission type not set correctly, shiftpolygon-calc for hybrids

introduce dedicated powertrain component for IEPC, only for writing correct columns (and column names) in .vmod file
adapt sum-file for IEPC as well

adding testcases for IEPC variants, adding implementation for IEPC wit included transmission - works

DoubleExtensionMethods ToGUIFormat automatically round to 12 decimal digits to avoid floating-point-noise (e.g. 0.56 --> 0.5600000000000001)
