New 3rd Party Directory added to VectoAuxiliaries and NewtonSoft DLL added to it, and reference changed to point to the new locaction.

WIP Combined Alternators - Written Basic Class and Test For OneAlternator. Need now to amend the Calculate Method to be passed the relevent details in order to calculate 1,2,3 or four in one method rather than the four code clones which were in the spreadhseet itself.

Module 3 question alterations. Now the Module 4 which is the  Compressor Map delivers the average calculation, this is calculated at initialisation time and the value loaded into a property of that. The comressor exposes this value via  method. It is this method whic is used to generate the Crank power. So in short module 4 now contains a reference to the comressor being used by this job.
