harmonize namespace prefixes: use version number - this way it is easier to identify in a later schema version where the type was originally defined

updating documentation on xml input schema, make sure all pictures are similar, adding namespace and base type info

updating generic vehicles: adding new generic vehicles for medium lorries, primary bus, single bus, and VTP sample data (declaration mode), removing old (ricardo-aux) bus model

buses: for vehicles with a width between 2.5 and 2.55m use 2.5m as width. for all other vehicles use the actual vehicle width for calculations
