HashingTool and VectoConsole: Removed binding redirects due to an incompatible version of Ninject for all projects (3.3.4 vs. 3.3.3)

MSBuild Project-Files: Updated <DefineConstants> Tag and removed the TRACE constant for all projects.

added component hashing for BatterySystem, CapacitorSystem, ElectricMachineSystem , IEPC and ADC and adjusted Componenten xml's accordingly

building new release: updating release notes, updating version number, adding release report, adding simulation results

adding load/saving of options in options tab

updating changelog, adding release report, adding release results, adding checkums, compile new release
