Changed Top VECTO logo with graphical text to simple Main Logo with a label (label intersected with underlying graphical text).

Replaced Every Process.Start with a file by the ProcessStartInfo with UseShellExecute true. (The simple version didn't work under .net5.0)

Added Factory Method to SimulatorFactory class (this way the testcases where simulator factory was created without Ninject don't break), made simulatorFactory abstract and derived SimulatorFactoryEngineering and SimulatorFactoryDeclaration.

Added checks if some Required Fields are filled (Electric Motor File, EM ADC Loss Map). Otherwise application would crash.
