update schema for primary bus PEV/HEV-S: certain parameters for pneumatic system not required, NgTankSystem for PEV not allowed

adding documentation for electric components (parameter number, unit), fix minor things, update sample xmls

add entry to ICE full-load curve to allow creation of vecto run, adding optional ng-tank system parameter to sample xmls

make test xml files valid, adapt medium lorry model to match original FWD model (so testcase succeeds)

updating testcases and writng reports after migrating to new schema version. removing no longer needed files
