move continuous torque/overload torque to voltage levels (GUI), adapt code for saving EM, make code compile

correcting typo in engine form, reset selected tyre dimension on re-opening, disable shift parameters in declaration mode

moving drag curve per voltage level to single drag curve for EM. updating GUI, input data provider, data apapter, etc.

- engine form: use correct filebrowser instance
- vtp job: plot second fuel if available

Added Factory Method to SimulatorFactory class (this way the testcases where simulator factory was created without Ninject don't break), made simulatorFactory abstract and derived SimulatorFactoryEngineering and SimulatorFactoryDeclaration.

added vehicle data test for HEV Heavy Lorry Px, and added ArchitectureID, OvcHev MaxChargingPower to IVehicleDeclarationInputData interface

Added checks if some Required Fields are filled (Electric Motor File, EM ADC Loss Map). Otherwise application would crash.
