    • Refactor database: move domain scope parameters (dnstype, partc.validat,,...) to domain table
    • enable participant scheme to be null or empty
      • control participant lenght to 128
      • add tests for ebCore identifiers: example urn:oasis:names:tc:ebcore:partyid-type:iso6523:0088:4035811991021
