Editorial Review has started and is in progress.

Questions raised during the Editorial Review by the writers aimed at the author or authors of the merge request. This tag indicates the review and approval of this MR is pending feedback from the author.

Tech review is complete once the author has included the received feedback in the feature branch. The author can place this label in order for the writers to know the editorial review can start.

Technical Review as described in the process: Tech leads or peer developers provided review and/or feedback are focused regarding technical accuracy, coverage or improvements or missing information and the merge request is pending additional commits by the author to address these comments resulting from the review.
