Hi, this is a partial pull request. Plugins are compiling and loading in Domibus 4.2.8 fresh install now. Sanity test has not passed yet. After fixing review comments, if there are major changes for the sanity test, I plan to decline this pull request and relaunch with all fixes.

Compile is succeeding without tests currently. Fixes for tests are planned separately.

Update: Sanity tests for 1.3.0-snapshot is passing now. Fixes are needed for the tests
