Add code to support adding, deleting and editing users in the front-end.
Rename username property to userName.
Add roles and a role service.

Rename folders.
Replace occurrences of Domibus with SMP (SVG logo included).

Rename files as per Angular guidelines.
Remove message filter and error log components.
Exclude the error log component.
Disabl the page helper until we figure out if we need it.

Prefer interfaces to classes where applicable.
