Unpublished translations viewable: Unpublished translations were displayable in the Form Runner by adding a parameter into the URL. This defect has been fixed. From now, if a language parameter is added for a non-published language then the application will only display the main language. Some XML issues regarding the Contribution files and Date s format have been fixed. An information message was incorrectly displayed for the loading of the Draft Contribution. This was misleading users. This issue has been fixed. Another Incorrect error message was displayed when successfully submitting a Contribution. This issue has been fixed.

Bug fixes This release fixes the issues below: - Results were incorrectly displayed as Swedish instead of English ; - Results export failed for a specific survey ; - Another results export failed because the data displayed in the Results tab did not match the content exported to Excel/ODS. 1.2. Functional changes This release includes the following functional changes: The link to report an ‘abuse’, in other words an infringement to EUSurvey Terms of Service, has been renamed for reducing the number of misuse. This should make clearer for the survey respondents that they can report here an ‘abusive’ survey and have to use the “Contact us“ form for reporting other technical or functional issues. 1.3. Cookie Consent Kit The European Commission Cookie Consent Kit has been implemented. For your information, EUSurvey is using cookies only when necessary and currently is only using temporary session ID cookies: one for the session and one for testing that creating cookie is enabled. Everything else that is saved in the browser uses local storage. 1.4. API update EUSurvey Web Services have been updated for the benefit of all existing and future consumers including the Doris application, for which integration is underway. The following Web Services have been enriched and now returns more data: getSurveyMetadata and prepareResultsXML. In addition, a new Web Service has been created: getMySurveys. It returns a list of surveys depending on the user and parameters entered. Please refers to the latest API specifications document. Please note that all these changes do not affect your existing calls, so they do not need to be updated. 1.5. New login screen & two-factor authentication A new login screen has been implemented in order to direct EU staff and non EU staff to the right authentication methods. Users not woking for an EU institution are guided to authenticate using two-factor authentication. Users working for an EU institution can login using their credentials (username/password). Report an issue with this survey link A new link to report an issue with a survey has been added to the main page of published survey. It directs the visitor or contributor to a page where he can report the survey specifying why he think the survey is in infringement with the EUSurvey policy and terms of service. Survey owners will be informed of the number of times their surveys have been reported. This will be displayed through a red warning banner at the top of the survey summary. 1.3. GDPR-related enquiry On this matter, a new item has been added on the Support page in the “Contact reason” menu. 1.4. Freeze a survey This new feature offers the possibility to administrators to block a survey, in other words to make it inaccessible from the web. This is now in place within the administration section. 1.5. Ban a user This new feature offers the possibility to administrators to ban a user account. The ban user will no longer be able to connect to the EUSurvey application. 2. DIFFERENT ENHANCEMENTS TARGETING SYSTEM'S USABILITY 2.1. General performance improvements A number of measures have been taken to improve the overall performance of the application for participants as well as for the survey managers. 2.2. Improvement of User Experience Several small changes have been completed to improve the usability and user experience of EUSurvey. The FAQ section has been updated to specify the steps to perform in order to configure the confirmation message that participants see when they have submitted their contribution. 3. DIFFERENT BUG-FIXES AFFECTING THE SYSTEM'S USABILITY 3.1. Exporting Results bugs Some bugs detected when exporting results have been corrected. Some exports used to fail due to file attachment names containing special characters or due to too many results. Export of large survey is now more reliable. 4.
