SIMPL-18537: Align Advanced Search UI with Figma Design System

Updated STabs.vue for better outlook und functionality.
Created SUserProfile component based on Figma design.
Created SToolbar component based on Figma design.
Updated Storybook stories for all the above.
Created/updated unit tests for all the above.
Fixed SDropdown.vue popup sticking out of viewport issue.
