Ionut Beti requested to merge feature/refactor-rbac into feature/charts-refactories

Simplifies RBAC and service accounts, removes usage of the 'CLI' service account in Sensors and Workflows. Removes hardcoded namespaces from ProviderConfig and view-crossplane ClusterRoleBinding. Changes kafka config variable names.
