bugfix in ATEffshift shift strategy: with higher values of ATLookAheadTime it might be the case that the engine speed in the current gear goes above n95h with the estimated look-ahead time and then the interpolation in the FLD or FCMap fail.
in this case set the FC in the current gear to the max-value, effectively selecting another gear.
