Merge in VECTO/vecto-sim from VECTO/mq_vecto-sim:feature/VECTO-1585-validate-component-hashes-in-declaration-mode to develop

* commit 'a7aa1bb5':
  by default, disable xml hash validation of input
  disable xml hash validation in tests
  update hashes in test jobs
  adding option in gui to turn on/off hash validation
  add option to validate hashes of components in declaration job
