Pull request #894: VECTO-1619 adaptations of xml results in transition period

Merge in VECTO/vecto-sim from VECTO/mq_vecto-sim:VECTO-1619-adaptations-of-xml-results-in-transition-period to develop

* commit 'a1cee17c':
  adding missing files: testdata for hashing components defined in schema version 2.3
  adding sample vehicles for DF and WHR
  adding code for reading engine data version 2.3 (DF, WHR), adapting MRF and CIF to contain DF results, whr info
  updating XML Schema for CIF/MRF to be ready for WHR and DF
