* FIX calculation messed by missing coasting-file sequence indices, ~3 commit before.
* Apply Object-oriented design with resource-management when I/O files.
* log: rename main logging-routine to "log()".
* Catch and report with MsgBox early-start exceptions.
* Merge contents of CSE_Types.vb -->CSE_Globals.vb
* FIX: Use WorkingDir for all job-fpaths.
* FileDlg: FIX to work with multi.json extensions.
